General booking information

Picture of cat pens and water feature

All pens are heated by individual infra-red lamps each of which has its own thermostat so that we can adjust the temperature in each pen seperately.

Our pens are of a full height design with easy access at ground level. This means that old cats or cats with missing limbs do not have to climb a ramp to enter their heated sleeping area.

We insist that all cats have valid/up-to-date vaccination certificates and that cats are covered against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu - most veterinary surgeons will advise on the most suitable vaccines for your cat(s).

No male cat over the age of 8 months will be accepted for boarding unless they have been neutered.

Owners are welcome to bring bedding and toys for their cat(s), something that they will be familiar with and remind them of home.

FOOD - here at Treetops we cater for all individual likes and dislikes. Only the best food is provided and prepared in hygienic conditions, we feed your cat on whatever food they are used to. Special diets and fresh meat/fish can be provided. Generally adult cats are fed twice daily, kittens and older cats according to their specific needs.

All cats boarded are covered by our cattery insurance but this does not cover any pre-existing conditions, vaccinations or routine health care such as worming or flea treatments.
